A comprehensive yet astonishingly simple money management course to help you get, and then stay, in control of your finances.
'CAP Money' is a three session, DVD-based course. For each session, there is a 30-minute presentation by John Kirkby, the Founder and International Director of Christians Against Poverty, and the remainder of the session is then facilitated by a Money Coach. Sue Pearson, Denise Fry, Phil Coysh and Peter Gaut have been trained by CAP to run the course in Stroud and will be on hand to help throughout.
'CAP Money' runs for 3 consecutive weekly sessions. It is designed to enable you to take control of your finances. It will help you gain a better knowledge of what you earn and spend, devise a manageable budget, get your accounts in order, and learn to save. If you need more detailed debt help then that is also available directly from CAP.
If you would like to have more control over your finances or need help with them then please consider doing this course. If you know of colleagues, friends or family that would benefit from having some help with their finances then please invite them to come along too.

In the church we recently had a series on what the Bible says about money and how we earn it, spend it, save it, invest it or give it - as part of that series we've been encouraging everyone to start budgeting.

A spending diary can really help you too. Keep a record of every single penny you spend, and what you spend it on. Do this for a month and you'll be surprised by the results. Download your spending diary here.
